The self cleaning function on the Bosch oven is effortless as the oven will heat up between 400°C and 500°C, which will turn any grease, oils or fat into ash. Once the pyrolytic programme is finished the user will only need to whipe the oven with a damp cloth. 

Other features on the Bosch HBS573BS0B that makes it stand out from others is the Autopilot 10 that can help cook your meal to perfection with 10 different cooking programs. This is done by selecting the programe, and adding the weight of the dish before pressing start. The autopilot will then determine the cooking mode, temperature, cooking duration including the end of the cooking time.
