- I have an old washing machine which has a hot and cold feed, can you still install my new machine?
  - No problem at all, we can cap off the hot water feed for you and just use the cold water feed in your new washing machine
- I live on the 3rd floor can you still deliver and install?
  - Of course we can, our delivery service includes delivery to the room of choice no matter what floor you are on
