What is your call out charge?

The local call out charge for a cooker is just £55 which includes half an hour of dedicated labour and a year's warranty on any repairs. Please note the cost of any parts are not included in this price.

Are repairs usually completed on the first visit?

88% of repairs are completed on the first visit, however there will be occasions where this is not possible. If this is the case there will be an additional £20 p/h labour charge should we need to re attend.

Absolutely! Should you wish to bring your cooker to us there is just a £35 charge for us to look at it for you.

Supply and fit a new element in Hotpoint oven: The service engineer came less than 24 hours after my phone call to the company. He replaced the part speedily and efficiently. We bought the 'built-in double oven' from DB in 2013 and this is only the 2nd time we've had to call them for a repair. Both times their response has been quick, efficient and good value for money.

Refit new grill to oven: Wonderful job done with no fuss or mess left, highly skilled and carried out work in no time to my satisfaction completely. He also wore a mask which was appreciated.
