Simple & easy returns

We know that from time to time things don't go to plan with your purchase which is why we offer a simple 30 return policy.

To claim a full refund the item must be in a unused condition, this means:

  • It can't have been installed
  • No protective screen covers removed
  • No 'burn off' completed for cooking appliances

Should you wish to return an item to us there is a collection charge for us to get the item back to us safely.

Large white goods such as washing machines, fridge freezers etc


Small domestic appliances such as blenders, toaster, kettles etc


Please note the above charges only apply to our local delivery area, if you live outside of this please contact us to discuss your return.

If you have used the appliance?

If the appliance has been installed, protective screen covers removed or had a burn off completed then we may only be able to offer you a partial refund and the collection charge will still apply. If this is the case please contact us using the details below to discuss your return.

If the appliance has been fully used then we can't offer a refund and the appliance can only be returned if the item is faulty and at the discretion of the manufacturer.

What about exchanges?

In the case that we need to exchange your appliances due to a fault etc then there is no extra delivery or collection charge.

What about fitting charges?

If you have paid extra to have an appliance installed or doors reversed then unless the item is faulty these can't be refunded. If your item is being exchanged then there is no extra charge.
