What is your call out charge?

Our local call-out charge is £70. This includes our visit, diagnosing the issue, and the labour to repair it during that same visit, unless extra parts or extensive work are needed. Plus, all repairs come with a 12-month warranty

How quickly can you get to me?

We offer a next day repair service and even a same day repair subject to availability

Are repairs usually completed on the first visit?

88% of repairs are completed on the first visit, however there will be occasions where this is not possible. If this is the case there will be an additional £30 labour charge should we need to re attend.

Can I bring my appliance to you?

Absolutely! Should you wish to bring your appliance to us there is just a £55 charge for us to look at it for you.
