Our local call-out charge is £70. This includes our visit, diagnosing the issue, and the labour to repair it during that same visit, unless extra parts or extensive work are needed. Plus, all repairs come with a 12-month warranty
We offer a next day repair service and even a same day repair subject to availability
88% of repairs are completed on the first visit, however there will be occasions where this is not possible. If this is the case there will be an additional £30 labour charge should we need to re attend.
Absolutely! We only accept vacuum and carpet cleaner repairs as a drop off service to our repair centre.
We can usually repair your machine the same day but at most it will be a couple of days.
