A safe and suitable access for delivery is the customer’s responsibility, please check that your appliance will fit through your doors or stairs.
Our employees and representatives will take all due care to avoid damage to your property during your delivery and installation of appliances, but will not accept liability for any damage incurred, in particular damage to flooring and surrounding furniture when carrying our delivery, installation and removal of old appliances. If you are at all concerned by this we suggest you make alternative arrangements for installation.

We offer a limited free installation service for some of the appliances at our discretion. We will only carry out connections to suitable existing connections. We reserve the right to refuse connection of the appliances.
