If things go wrong with your appliance we will do everything we can to help you get your appliance back up and running.

When contacting the manufacturer they will generally need the following to book a service call:

  • Proof of purchase - If you provided us with an email a copy would have been sent to that address, if not our delivery team would have provided you with a hard copy. If you need a replacement just let us know.
  • Serial number - This is unique to each machine and tells the manufacturer when your machine was made so the correct parts are supplied and fitted. We don't have records of these so you will need to find it on your appliance, again if you get stuck let us know.
